In our hectic everyday lives, many people carry an invisible burden that is often overlooked: the mental load. This mental stress encompasses the constant organization and coordination of tasks in professional and private life, which frequently lead to stress and exhaustion. Women are often particularly affected, taking on a large part of family organization in addition to their professional activities. The pressure of having to think about so many things simultaneously at work and at home, and being responsible for everything, negatively impacts health and financial situations. How can mental load be shared fairly?
