Women have dreams they want to realize in their careers and/or studies. Once children enter their lives, life changes, but not necessarily their professional dreams.

In the workshop, each woman develops a picture of what her professional/student life should look like with a child and what her new work-life balance will be. Based on this, concrete goals can be developed. This way, your professional dreams with a child remain easier to keep in mind, and you can succeed in purposefully pursuing career goals with or even despite having a child.
