From one day to the next, the lives of family members can change drastically when they unexpectedly face a caregiving situation in the family. The need for care often comes suddenly and is rarely predictable. Most people are not prepared for this and don’t know what support options they can use or how to manage the double or triple burden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this seminar, you will learn about the support services available for these challenges and how to minimize the mental and physical strain, so that you can stay healthy and not become a helpless helper yourself. An individual consultation is possible following the seminar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
