Those who have to balance children or caregiving, or even both, with their career often reach their limits. Demands and expectations in both work and family are increasing. The proportion of working mothers diagnosed with exhaustion has been steadily rising for years. Nearly half of working parents complain about chronic time pressure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this workshop, impulses about work-life balance in social change, changes in work organization, location and time through mobile work, and support options at universities alternate with reflection phases on individual situations and shared discussions about obstacles and opportunities for compatibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
