The traditional image of fatherhood is dissolving. New role models are emerging, but without clear guidance. Many fathers no longer want to solely assume the classic role of family breadwinner. They desire more time for family and less for work. However, few fathers manage to implement this successfully. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event provides insights into the role of fathers in societal change: What does research say about fatherhood today? What expectations do fathers face today? Where are the potential conflicts? Where are the enrichments? It helps participants determine for themselves which fatherly role they desire, which fits their life situation, and how they can succeed in living this fatherly role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
