Being a father today means facing many, sometimes contradictory, demands and expectations. The classic image of fatherhood is dissolving. New role models have emerged. The necessary framework conditions are not developing at the same pace. This creates a tension that must be rebalanced almost daily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event provides insights into the role of fathers in societal change: What does research say about fatherhood today? What expectations do fathers face today? Where are the potential conflicts? Where are the enrichments? It helps participants determine for themselves which fatherly role they desire, which fits their life situation, and how they can succeed in living this fatherly role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
