The workshop aims to enable university employees to make a harmonious decision in the life situation of possible career and family planning, or to reconcile the uncertainties of real life with the rationality and plannability of scientific thinking. The goal of the workshop is for early career researchers with the desire to have children or parenting experience to acquire the self-understanding and self-confidence to pursue the next qualification level. Additionally, solutions for shaping their opportunities for balancing family and career will be developed with the participants based on the reflection of acquired biographical patterns.
